Camille is awesome, Vader is very lucky and powerful indeed! Definitely thank her for all the great pictures. It was one of my favorite events so far. The only thing better is hospital visits!

Re: (SC) Oct. 26 - CSO Happy Birthday John Williams (Charles

Awesome troop well worth the drive! I loved trooping with you guys, and wish I could have stayed to chat longer. Dogs needed to go to the bathroom back in Wilmington! It was truly a pleasure meeting the Charleston crew I had not yet met, and seeing all the awesome costumes. Everytime I go to these big events, I am in so much awe of all the cool costumes, I get a little awe struck! I cannot believe I'm doing this still. I'm very proud of the Carolina Garrison, every facet of it!

Soda City Comicon 8/26-8/27 Columbia, SC

Date:8/26-27/2017

Location:Columbia, SC

Soda City Comicon(this comicon is in its 3rd year, and keeps growing bigger): While our turnout was small, to have the founder there is a huge deal, and certainly next year can only get better! TK-210 was actually able to help get R2-KT there on Sunday, and made the appearance both days. This was a pretty decent sized con, and we hope that next year we can make a good showing for the epicenter of the Garrison! Tom also learned to go ahead and volunteer to be the POC. I'll do better next time we're that thin. I'm still learning the ropes here.

Re: (NC) August 12, 3rd Annual Cape Fear Comic Con (Wilmingt

I am personally very thankful to all of the troopers that showed up to troop this event and to help us blow Wilmington up with Star Wars nerdiness! The 501st Legion, Carolina Garrison kicked serious A at this very small con, and sent a message to this city to WAKE UP, this stuff is getting serious! I never thought I'd see this in my hometown, and to take the cake, my original inspiration to build my Kylo made the troop too! Cape Fear Stormtrooper! It is so cool seeing all of you characters at these troops. I especially enjoyed the death troopers annoying of Tiara TK, and standing like a statue until a kid walked up, and then moving and talking and watching them run! Ha, twas loads of fun, and I think we made Wilmingtontonians want to come back next year for more. So, from a Wilmingtonian, thank you all for coming! I had a good/hot time.

Re: (SC) Aug 6 Dylan Roberts Hospital Visit (Charleston)

I was glad to finally meet some of the Charleston crew. Charleston isn't that far as the crow flies, there is just no interstate between Wilmington and Charleston to get you there, and 45MPH until you get to Georgetown is a struggle. Even with all of that, I'd hate to miss out on a hospital visit like that! I appreciate the invite, and I very much enjoyed the brief time we were able to spend together on this troop. It was very good to finally meet some of the Charleston crew, and I look forward to meeting more of you at the Symphony gig coming up; which I'll be coming down for as well!
