I visited the scouts at the Mawat District Day Camp this morning and had a great time. It was a solo troop but the camp director was very helpful and a couple of the Boy Scouts that I knew volunteered to be my handlers. I greeted the boys as they arrived at the camp and some parents wanted to make sure that they got pictures. Then they made sure to get several group shots. It was awesome to see the huge smiles some of them had as they were greeted by one of the Empire's finest. It was warm and humid enough that my bucket actually lived up to its name. The camp director enjoyed it so much that she is hoping to set up an event for a Saturday in September when we can get a larger Imperial presence.
