Hello from Hampstead!

Post by Darth Carcharias »

Hey everyone, my name is Glen and I am new to the CG. I am taking the first tentative steps into this realm. As I am going to be most likely doing a ROTJ Vader, I also signed up with the SLD. Great information and support so far! Anyone else in the greater Wilmington area? Any local recommendations as far as soft parts or armor is concerned? I realize there are many vendors put there but I think it would be cool to keep it local when possible. Look forward to all the feedback and advise!

Hey Glen!!

Welcome to the Cg forum!

Make yourself at home.

Sounds like you are taking the rights steps here and looking before leaping.

Wilmington area not really... on the coast most are Charleston area.

I would ping Fernando (CGr here ) and he is a top notch ROTJ Vader and will help ya with the correct way to do your right.

Also If you would post your build here so the other Cgrs can watch and oohh and awww over it: viewforum.php?f=12

Thanks! Fernando has already given me solid advise directly and indirectly through comments and suggestions on other threads. He sounds like he will be one of the go to guys for questions.

What screen name is Jerry going by? Hardly anyone is using their real names in the SLD. I've picked up on a few but not all.
