I got a bad feeling about this... Been sitting on it for about a week now. I started the left forearm and only cut it on 2 sides instead of all 4. I attached the strip to put it together and this is what I get when its fitted from the bottom.
If I cut it from the top it looks like it will cut into some much needed pieces. Is there anything I can do at this point to save this side?

can I see the whole side please so I can help you?
Also here is an image of a screen used TK bicep (not match the best I would say)
But I can help you to match /blend or cover the look so you are happier with it. but I would need to see the whole side please.

This is comment with some kits and seen with the screen used armor as well.
Well the wrist area will not have a return edge so you can use balance the two parts via need to trim at the wrist.
Pic of screen used TK forearms:
and if you look hard at Ford forearm arm in this scene you will see that his A and B parts do not match up prefect.

If I do that it looks like I'll cut into the front of the forearm.

is there still a return edge on the wrist area?
I have done a looot of TK armor and seen this. there is a balance and a trimming/blending to the A part and B part.
Find the balance and once glues you will be able to do the minor trims and you will not notice this.
heck I have seen where some had short arms and need to trim off an inch so they could wear them.

What I would do is match up the wrist ares best or close (with will be to do final tweak trimming after the whole forearm is glued)
The forearms are straight around the wrist. Now where that lies on your wrist depends on the length of your forearm.You can always
not matching the best;
