Cub Scout Pack 221 Blue and Gold Banquet at the Mauldin Cultural Center
Description of Event:
The Cub Scouts have an annual themed banquet to celebrate the crossing over of the oldest members to the Boy Scouts. This is a family event, this years theme is Star Wars. We got there and were a part of the opening part of the banquet by walking around the venue and getting professional pictures with the guests. There were 35 scouts there with a total of about 100 people. This was a fun event and we were thanked openly by the scouts at the start of the event. Waiting on the event coordinator to get me the pictures that they took so I can post here.
Did this event support a charity? If yes, which charity?:
Indirectly - The scouts are going to use the surplus of money between budget and actual costs to donate to the Make A Wish foundation. Plans were for the event coordinator to book this through the 501st Legion site.

Found out today that the Boy Scouts donated $50 to Make a Wish for this troop - From Boy Scout Pack 221
