I use a Tramp system - https://www.facebook.com/trooperamp/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. It's on the expensive side, but it works really well. It's not a voice changer, it provides accurate static bursts after you talk.

Now if I remember right the clones don't have that static burst at the end?
