Rogue One Blu Ray Release

Hey everyone!

I know there are folks that do PR. Do we know if we normally do, or plan on doing, release appearances for any local retailers, etc for Rogue One on March 28th, 2017?

Just curious.

It's kind a hairy dealing with retailers has a really thin line between LFL and Disney approval as we are not allowed to endorse any products or things of that nature. But you can always ask around and see if particular places might like some company LOL

Our Garrison event coordinators usually handle most of the relations between the requestors , and we try and direct people to send troop request though our website email.

I just wasn't sure who handles that kind of stuff, and i have lots of experience with fund-raising and PR stuff, and if they need help in the Charlotte-ish area, I am happy to help, but not sure who that would be, or if there is anyone local.

As of right now....the Carolina Garrison does not have any Rogue One events planned. As Jason Hill stated, it's usually up to LFL / Disney as to when and how we appear with retailers. We have to follow their wishes. We can't just appear at events just because a new toy line or movie is released. Our GEC's handle 90% of the events that come in during the year. Also, for any events we receive, usually only 501st Legion, Rebel Legion, R2 Builders Club and Mandalorian Mercs members can troop within requested events unless other groups are invited per the event requester's wishes.
