Noob Trooper...

Post by ansuz »

Hi, looking to become a new trooper in the near future (hopefully with the next year). I need to lose some weight so I better fit the armor and I need to lose it for health to. I am currently looking hard at the Anovos kits mainly the TK and shadow armors. I was hoping to get an opinion about them from anyone. Are the armors as far as quality and how they stand up to 501st acceptance a good way to go for a starting trooper. Thank you in advance for any replies and advice.

Hi Harry!
I'm new to this too(Like three days new). Based on some of the research I've done, Anovos is up to 501st standards. That's where I plan to buy my kit when I'm able to.

The Anovos kit is definitely 501st worthy BUT last I heard it still takes a bit to get.

Hello and welcome!

I got mine from RS PropMasters...they are Brian Muir edition, and I love mine. I know several others that got theirs from RS and love them as well. I put mine together myself, but they also offer commissions.

Good luck!
