Trey you have done a great job man!!
Armor fits well and I see you have added some the little details like the side split rivets that you see in the screen used suits!!
The helmet is well done. I would look at raising the brow a wee bit (does not need to be like Move along TDs)
show a little bit of room between the eyes and the rubber (most Stunt lids are known for that )
Are you looking to do a specific TD (going SWAT at any point?)
The other thing I could not tell in these photos, but it kinda looked like you have a little bit of a return edge on the wrist area of the forearms. If you do, I would trim it off (easier to wear, and is screen accurate)
Screen used armor:
So far you have done an epic god man!! just those two things.....

Thanks Tom I really appreciate the feedback. I definitely need to trim the forearm returns. That would make them more comfortable. I will also raise the brow. The ally door check TD is what I'm aiming for. I would like to go swat, but for now I'm just trying to get finished. I still have to get my ammo pouches and sonic radio. There's some painting and bondoing left to do on my backpack. My e11 needs an ammo counter. I also have to weathering everything. Its a lot of work but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I work a lot of overtime at my job, but this weekend I'm hoping to get a lot of the armour weathering done. Now I see how you post pictures. Tom I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate your help. I will keep posting photos through the weathering process. If there is anyway I can help y'all with anything just let me know. Thanks Tom

Always happy to Trey! and not rush on getting it done. the one reason why I asking about you going SWAT was to know which TD you are s looking to aim for.
Since you said pack 4 and you have an E11 and black Pauldron for the Alley check this is the sandie you are looking to do:
The brow looks a maybe about 10mm above the eyes:
and cannot wait to see your weathering.
BTW here are some good How Tos videos about weathering:
I like this method and do the 70% alcohol (over look the Clone weathering colors ) just the rubbing alcohol techniques:

I like Terry's Colors and TD sandie tones:

Also to help other when you start in on your weathering and anything to do your TD build the best place here is to post it here in the armor are:

Brow raised. I was able to achieve 10 mm in the front, the sides are closer . Should the brow trim be even across the front or can it be angled slightly up like it is now? Thanks for the video links

Trey looks great man!!! I would not change a thing!!!
and the the angle is what you see on a lot of the screen used Stunt lids.
To rephrase old Bens' line to "this IS the Sandtrooper helmet you are looking for!! "
and you are welcome on the vids links!!
