Hey Rob!

From the pic it looks to be all there...

We have not set a Armor party date yet...I can link you to some good videos to get you understanding some of the needs.

some of the needs you need

E6000 (white) Walmart and craft shops like Hobby Lobby
Amazing Goop All propose (home depot Lowes)

Spring claps (Walmart ) a few bags...

The video that you are going to watch give you an idea... the one issue that CA ( the glue he uses) is not water proof and will not hold long trem that is why I say to use the E6000 and Amazing Goop All propose in it place....

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jmcZ8J_ZECA

and if you start in on any of it I can walk you step by step and trouble shoot it with you....

Thanks Tom! I will start gathering those supplies this weekend and post pictures on this thread as I go. In the meantime, if you know of any parties or troopers in my area please let me know.

Thanks!

Hey Tom,
I Started gathering supplies today and drilled the teeth out with my new Dremel and glued the dome to the back of my helmet. I should start assembly tomorrow after the e6000 dries. How does it look?

Every thing all mounted and bolted together. Just waiting for the e6000 to dry on the cementing ridge! Next step is to begin painting.

Have you done any of the armor other than the helmet? I'm gonna probably have trouble with the measurement and cutting. We could work together if your down with it.

First coat of paint down on the teeth, ears, and chin (thanks to my wife for her precision detail). Gonna let this dry for 24 hours then stick a second coat on. After that it's just drilling the holes for the Mic tips then I'm done with the helmet!
