Hello Carolina Garrison!

My name is Anthony and I live in the Raleigh area. After months of researching the 501st and SpecOps forums I decided to purchase a set of armor from Walt's Trooper Factory.

I have about 5 weeks until I receive my armor and can begin the process. I have been watching a bunch of videos on YouTube and scouring the forums for build tip and tricks. I just wanted to send a quick note to introduce myself.

Can't wait to start this project, and I look forward to meeting you all in the future!

Hi Anthony, how are you coming along?

Well it took a while, but I just received my armor from nice. So excited to get started.

I actually started a Mandalorian armor build while I was waiting and I am almost set with that. I will be on all the time looking for feedback real soon!

I look forward to figuring this out with the help of ya'll!

Welcome and I am glad you went with a Spec Ops icon! Walt's kits are amazing. Somethings to remember; measure twice, cut once, make sure you have all the undergarments on when you measure, and allow for those holiday pounds. Which Mando build did you start?

Mandalorian of my own design. Just having fun with it. It has been cool to learn how to make an accurate mando using readily available materials.

There are a number of "costume" underarmor tops and bottoms you can easily get from amazon for cheap. You want to simply look for black as possible. spandex is best. Get it very close to your size. Some advice, if you get a XXS and you're a Large, thinking you want a tight fit, it'll stretch so much you'll be able to see through it. lol.

Yeah I tried black SPANX thinking it would have that "slimming effect" LMAO ... yeah.... NO!
