Hey folks.
Can I bring a friend to a troop in one of my approved costumes? I'd like to try to get them interested . I don't know if that's 'allowed'

I would suggest instead to bring them along to work as a handler.

I agree with Chuck - let them see how it is and then get them involved... but it is your costumes ...
