Hello everyone!
I have an animated clone trooper armor I’ve been working on for about 2 years now, but stopped not being sure how to size the torso by myself and having lime at me all at once. It’s a kit by imperial surplus and I’ll need to add material to the side as I am a little thicker than it was designed.
I’ve just moved to the SC Anderson/Greenville area in November and haven’t had time yet to get connected with the community. So I’m looking to see if there’s anyone who could help me with my armor as I am at a an inexperienced solo stopping point.

Re: Animated Clonetrooper Help
Hello Eric, and welcome to the area.
So, we definitely have our fair share of clones in the area. 2 folks I can think of off the top of my head is our CO, Jeremy Pastros, board name: lordvelden, and Jacob Troxler, board name: Oxillian.
I'm sure there are others, and maybe they'll chime in or Jeremy or Jacob can point you towards them if they know of someone doing your exact kit / character.
However, the Legion, although divided up into Garrison's for troops local to a specific area, also has divisions in it called Detachments. These are groups of similar costumes. Clones are all in the Clone Trooper Detachment, https://databank.501st.com/databank/Costuming:CTN_CRL
I would definitely recommend setting up an account with them as well and they can also help to get your situated with your costume. I don't have a clone, so am not as familiar, but hopefully this info will help.
If you get stuck, please let me know and I'll see if I can further assist.
Thanks,
Chris

Thanks, I actually have a WIP on the CTD but I’m unsure how to make the connections in the area
