JIES / Blast-A-Trooper (Charleston, SC) (05.11.13)

Members of the Garrison along w/ a local R2 Builders Club member appeared @ James Island Elementary School in Charleston, SC to help raise money for the schools PTA. This was the 3rd time setting up the Blast-A-Trooper event. Although this Spring Festival wasn't as busy as the Fall Festival in 2012, we still managed to raise $166 for the school. In attendance were: Jason Boyd (TD-5945), Brad Lee (TI-8568), Ronnie Boyd (TI-19538), Chris Gould (who finally debuted his Biker Scout armor to see what needs to be done before 501st submission) and local R2 Builders Club member, Edward Reed and his trusty R2. We played Blast-A-Trooper as well as walked around the school to pose for pictures.

and the event was for a great cause!
