Again the Durham Symphony requested security from the Carolina Garrison. This time we were also asked to surprise the participants in an amazing program, Kidznotes. Children are given the opportunity at no cost to be taught and play musical instruments with the DSO. We made our entrance again to music from a well known motion picture and the looks of surprise and excitement filled the room. After the concert, we took photos with the attendees of the concert. A know Rebel collaborator again was spotted and taken into custody.

Sandie MacLachlan - Juno
Scott Willmouth - Darth Vader
Brandon Hurley - Mando
Seth Bosecker - TK
Andrew Simansky - TC
Liz Welsh - ANH Leia
Jim Epps - TK

Comments from DSO representative ...

Your entrance this week was extra special for me because I could actually see the faces of the children as you arrived. They were enthralled!
Thanks again for all the joy that you have brought to the young and the young at heart over the last week. The Carolina Garrison is a treasure!

This one was almost as much fun as the Sunday before. It's never good when you are sweating before you put your armor on but I am glad I was able to bail out of work to get there on time. I am really enjoying getting to meet new people on every troop. The kids seemed to enjoy getting their pictures with us. I am looking forward to the Bulls game!
