Carolina Garrison

This was the 3rd year of the Asheville Comic Expo, which was held at the US Cellular Center in downtown Asheville, NC. ACE offers a nice selection of comic, toy and art vendors from the local area, as well as a lot of top notch costuming by the fans. The Carolina Garrison had a table setup with lots of 501st related items and information available for all the guests who stopped by our area to say hello. We had a great turnout of troopers from the WNC area who took lots of photos and were a huge hit with all the attendees. The turnout was great and it was a fun day for all that were involved.

Great time! It was fun patrolling the "upper deck" which gave a great view of the con floor, and the curtained "changing area" behind the table was perfect.

Looks like you all had a great time. I was there last year (hate I missed this) but was covering another event. hopefully next year!!!
