Captain's Comics and Toys of Charleston, SC presented their 7th annual Captain's Comic Expo this weekend. The 2015 Expo was bigger than ever, with a new 16,000 square foot venue, and 2 full days of comics, toys, art, costuming, special guests, and more! Over the years, this Expo has expanded in a big way! Captain's Comics Expo allowed the Carolina Garrison of the 501st Legion (along with a few other costuming groups) to take center stage (literally) during the activities over the weekend. Multiple, dedicated photo spaces on a large stage were given for the Garrison to setup a large backdrop as well as a table for props and info displays. Over the course of the 2-day event members of the Carolina Garrison took numerous photos with guests as well as gave info on how to join. It was a great time and the crowd was very enthusiastic.

Thanks to the member's that participated as well as those whom traveled to Charleston to help spread the word of the Empire:
Troopers in Attendance:
1) Jerry Sienkiewicz (SL)
2) Patrick Walsh (BH/SL/TK)
3) Chris Gould (TB)
4) Ronnie Boyd (TI)
5) Taylor Seay (TB)
6) Jason Boyd (TD/DZ)
7) Jamison Lewis (TI-r)

Special Guests
1) Brad Butler (X-Wing Pilot - Rebel Legion)
2) Edward Reed (R2 Builder's Club)

Also, BIG thanks to Chris Gould and Patrick Walsh for spending the time to setup the great Death Star backdrop on Friday evening. It really looked great for photo's.
