(NC) April 18th - 2015 Children's Fest - (Fort Bragg)

Lord Vader, in an effort to replenish the ranks of the Sith Order, embarked on a recruiting trip to the Fayetteville Sector to sreen likely candidates at a local children’s festival. The reception to Lord Vader and his lone, but loyal and equally dangerous Stormtrooper, was simply overwhelming. As Vader interviewed and sensed the Force within each youngling, many of them proclaimed that Vader was their father. Vader seemed confused about the apparent number of children he had and could not recall how he had the time to father so many children. Anyway, while there were some promising prospects, there were none that were fully aware of the true nature of the Force. Still, Vader and trooper “Jims” enjoyed relishing in conversation with the citizens about destroying Jedi and wreaking general havoc for no apparent reason and they loved it!

Thought I'd share this excerpt from the internal After Action Review distributed by the Children's Fest organizers. Take note of the last two sentences. This was an awesome troop.
. . . . .Other entertainment and activities included the FMWR Climbing Wall. Morales SAC employees assisted with harnessing and preparing children to climb. Palabar the Clown worked the crowd all day and the Texas Roadhouse Armadillo walked the grounds and gave away coupons. For the first time Darth Vader (Carolina Garrison, 501st Legion) and one of his Storm Troopers made an appearance. The legendary figures were immediately mobbed and became the star attraction of the day.
