My bad, didn't see it in the upcoming events list on the homepage so I assumed it wasn't. My TK isn't approved yet, so I don't have access to the link you posted.

I applied this past fall and just got around to fixing a few things so that I could reapply. I just need to find the time and convince my wife to take some photos. How many people will be attending this one? Any chance you guys need a photographer or would mind me tagging along?

so far its just me, but your welcome to be a handler and take photos.

I'm going back and forth with Jason right now and trying to get approval. Spent the last two nights working on the ab/kidney of my TK and I think I have it figured out finally, might have approval in time for the event still.

Is there anyway he can troop with pending approval Jason? I could use him in this troop badly. Pm me if you need to. Thanks

This is not the GCO's call to make. It is the GML's

I am not going to allow anyone to step out and represent the 501st, unless their costume has been approved. We have had an issue of a non approved costume and a Carolina Garrison member allowing that to happen. I am not going to allow this to happen twice.

If Kal's costume is approved by then, fine. If not he can wrangle.

Tom is 100% correct. If armor / uniform / etc. is still pending approval at time of event...you can ONLY help wrangle the troops (at most). With this being an official Lucasfilm Ltd. approved event...he cannot troop if he is not a 501st Legion and/or Garrison member.

ok then he will wrangle. I appreciate the update. If he can get approved by the time of the event and Tom you can help him expediate the process where he will have an approved correct costume that would be awesome. I was speaking toward Jason because he was the name used by the person asking. Of course its the GML that decides. I was not aware that was you Tom. I have not looked at the new officer lists yet. Other wise I would have contact you also, but I appreciate you posting to update me.

Ok, Kal if you can get your armor approved by the date of the event then if Tom approves then you cna troop in your armor. If its not ready and approved by then I could still use your help wrangling. Thanks for stepping up to help.
