We've completed a reconnaissance mission to Camp Smiles in search of droids. Several small people were in attendance but no droids. There were about 15 kids in attendance in 4 class rooms. We went from class to class, played a few games and even gave the cupid shuffle a try (strange ceremonial dance here on Earth). They attempted to get me to sing the class some which was an epic failure but I told the I knew all of the words to the Star Wars theme song. We took some time to mingle with the adult earthlings as well hoping for clues as to the location of the Death Star plans. We found nothing but great people so the mission was a success.
In attendance:
Jeff Miller (TD-13167)
Christine Miller (handler)
Bucket Off
Lesson Learned - a few of the camp attendees have field of vision complications and distance vision issues as well. Field of view may only be 2 ft wide and you may need to be within 2 ft for them to see you. Some of those pesky Biker Scouts or other more flexible villains would work well at similar events.
