Hello everyone! I'm Neil from Raleigh NC. I've taken my first step into a much larger world, or galaxy I should say. I'm interested in doing a TK. I got myself put on the ATA wait list and now have 10 months to gather as much information as I can. So don't mind me, I'll just be lurking around here and the FISD doing my research. Though maybe if there is an event in the Raleigh area, I can go out and meet some of the CG locals.

Thanks guys! I'll keep you posted. 10 months is a long time. But when it comes I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions.
Looks like both of you are near OBX. I grew up by the coast in Jacksonville, NC. Family still lives there.

Welcome Neil! We have an event on Saturday at the Gamers Armory in Cary for their Star Wars Armada tournament if you'd like to show up! Although it's a surprise so don't say anything to anyone when you get there!

I'm right by Cary, I may check it out. BTW someone may have already spoiled your surprise. It's posted on the home page of Gamer's Armory that you will be showing up

I'm sure there will still be some surprised people though.

When do you think your ATA will arrive?

Pittsboro here, and in roughly the same boat: close enough to a costume that I'm here, not close enough that I'm official yet.
