Description of Event (Please share as much info as you can):
For our third year in a row now, the Carolina Garrison invaded Discovery Place in Charlotte for Star Wars Day (May the 4th Be With You). While weekday events are tough, we had a good turnout of troops, and had a lot of fun meeting with the kids who were enjoying their day taking in the fun "science" and learning experience that Discovery Place has to offer. We even had a guest appearance by BB-8!

There was no direct or indirect charity element associated with this event.

Event Length (Hours):
10am-3om (plus suit up and suit down time, of course)

Fun times. I remember trooping there a few years ago. Maybe when May the 4th falls on a Friday or weekend we can get even more participants
