Description of Event (Please share as much info as you can):
It's always a treat when you get to perform with Weird Al! We had troopers from around the Garrison come out to the Columbia show and perform to a full house. As always, Weird Al and his staff took real good care of us by providing us with a top-notch dressing room back stage, pizza, water, an exclusive event patch, and photo/autograph opportunities with Al himself. We did our usual performance during the "The Saga Begins" and then served as ImperiAL Guards for Al during the VIP meet and greet. If you have never trooped a Weird Al show, this should definitely go to the top of your list of "must-do" events!

Also, a huge thank you to our handlers who took great care of us by keeping us hydrated and taking so many amazing photos!

This troop was so much fun! We absolutely got the rock star treatment. The staff was very organized and professional. It all seemed to happen effortlessly. It was an awesome feeling to step on stage to applause and cheering from the full house. I'm a horrible dancer, so I just tried to have fun with it. Meeting Al was great, as was making new friends from the Legion. I hope to troop with you guys again sometime. In addition to the patch, to commemorate the occasion, I also got Al to sign my bucket!



Kudos to everyone on a job well done! And thanks to the Legion for making this possible. Membership has its perks for sure!
