Description of Event (Please share as much info as you can):
St. Baldricks is a head shaving fundraiser to raise money for childhood cancer research. Men, women, and children donated their heads to be shaved to raise funds for this awesome charity. The event was held on the street in front of Fennigans Wake Irish tavern. ST Baldricks set up a tent for us behind the stage that acted as our dressing room and break room. We had seven troopers total come out for the event. It was super hot in the 90's during the event. ST Baldricks always checked on us and made sure we had plenty of water. We mingled with the crowd on the street, posed for pictures and ducked inside occasionally for some AC. This was a very moving event. Lots of people had their heads shaved and told their story of why they were shaving. Can't wait to hear the final total and we hope they have us back. Special thanks to Andrew Cox for being our photographer. We hope he will be able to do future events with us.
