January Joyfest is a yearly fundraising event to benefit Make-A-Wish of Eastern NC. Last year, the event raised over $14,000. The theme this year was "casino night", featuring Vegas-style table games, a live auction, silent auction, food and drinks, and speeches given by kids who have benefited from Make-A-Wish in the past.
