(NC) April 30th - Star Wars Fest (Knightdale)

Location: East Regional Library, 946 Steeple Square Ct. Knightdale, NC 27545
Description of Event (Please share as much info as you can): This event consisted of several Star Wars themed activities for attendees to enjoy including a Death Star toss, paper plate BB-8 construction, wearable Yoda ears construction, Star Wars knowledge challenge, paper lightsaber construction, and paper lightsaber dueling. Children were issued a "galactic passport" that received a stamp corresponding to its activity. Costumed 501st members roamed the floor interacting and posing for photo opportunities. Approximately 100 adults and children attended this event.
Did this event support a charity? If yes, which charity?: Event supported local public library activity. No funds raised.
Event Length (Hours): 1.5 hours
Items Collected (toys, food, clothing, etc.) and how many of each:(delete this section if not applicable)
1. Small gift bags were given consisting of a small assortment of candy and one special gift(Mug or umbrella with county library emblem) as an expression of thanks for supporting the event.
