The North Charleston POPS! has invited the Carolina Garrison to put together another event (which includes lots of children) on Daniel Island to promote the new Daniel Island Performing Arts Center (not built yet) and the North Charleston POPS!
This would help to promote the BIG concert we are attending in April 2018 as well as put a smile on a lot of faces.
