Description of Event (Please share as much info as you can):
From the Library: The library event is free, open to the public and for all ages. There will be different stations for crafts, such as lightsaber making, a scavenger hunt, robotics construction, and puppets. Attendees will be encouraged to come in costume. If possible, we will set up a green screen.
Referred by: I see the 501st at cons all the time and love what you do, plus, members of the WI Garrison attended an event at my previous place of employment.
The Library provided a quiet private changing area and to our surprise, had PAPER lightsaber kits for the kids (Yay! No pool noodles or duct tape!) We took pictures with a green screen and played around different parts of the library. Special thanks to Pamela Penza, who invited us. She was dressed as Jynn Erso and looked great! The families loved the event and we did too!
