(NC) May 4 - Hemby Children's Hospital Visit (Charlotte)

Event Details/Description:
Last year on May 4, 2017, we held the same event with your organisation and it went extremely well. We enjoyed the event so much that we thought we should have it again. We would like to coordinate a visit to the children's hospital just to meet with patients in honor of May the 4th; We would like to film video just for social media channels and potentially invite media to cover the visit.

Parking: There has been an update for the parking situation since the PET lot will be under construction. Parking will be available in the corner lot at Hawthorne and Elizabeth which is directly in front of Presbyterian. The Security team is aware that you all will be coming and said that they will keep a section blocked off for you.
