Description of Event (Please share as much info as you can):
RobCon is a comic convention hosted by Mountain Empire Comics. it consists of a 3 day event. The venue has a hotel attached if anyone needs to stay a night or two. The staff are going to have a room setup for us on the main floor so we can store our tough boxes for equipment and will have convention personnel around that all day.(Venue t-shirts will be in there so they will be very watchful.) On Friday the event has a late start so all vendors have plenty of time to setup. Which means that our main days will be Saturday and Sunday. The hosts have offered us a table and free entry for our troopers and handlers. I am currently trying to get the Rebel Legions to participate and the Mando Mercs. I will attempt to get in contact with R2-D2 builders club as well but I would appreciate any help.
My express wants and desires are to have as many troops as possible show up and to have a booth to be proud of. My issue is that I don't have anything for the booth since I'm new and I'm only one troop. If you can make it and have gear to setup on the table you'll be my hero. If you have advice or guidance I am all ears. This group has been kind to me beyond my wildest dreams.
The hosts have expressed a great interest in having the 501st be apart of this and I hate to disappoint. Thank you for your time and patience.
